Wal-Mart is obviously disappointed by staff's recommendation, and while we might not agree with their conclusions it seems prudent to withdraw the application in order to reevaluate our options.

I would agree with most of the concerns, ... Anyone looking at that arena would come to these conclusions and have these concerns very quickly. We wouldn't be doing something unless we had all the concerns addressed.
