Taking action gives us a real sense of who we are and why we are here. Placing blame or fault empowers others through our immobility. What bothers you the most in others, find that same fault in yourself; take action to change yourself, then act to change the world.

Be patient with yourself. Treat yourself as you treat others. Don't forget that you need care too.

Seeking peace? Find love within yourself and share that love with others. Then you will have peace.

All we have is the present moment. Focus on it; don't miss an experience by living outside of the current moment.
