Water is always a support or a healing thing apart from, you know, love or peace of mind.

I do know that some Buddhists are able to attain peace of mind.

Therefore be at peace with God,
whatever you conceive Him to be.
And whatever your labors and aspirations,
in the noisy confusion of life,
keep peace in your soul.


With all its sham, drudgery, and broken dreams,
it is still a beautiful world.
Be cheerful. Strive to be happy.

Of course, maintenance of peace of mind, at the maximum extent possible, would be the greatest success in a human life.

Peace is letting it be. Letting life flow, letting emotions flow through you.
