We add value to what (students) are doing. It's not just passing over the bar of 75 percent of our students achieving and passing the proficiency, but are we taking kids, at no matter what level they are, and increasing them a year?

So we are switching to Terra Nova (in order) to continue with Project Soar.

We're looking at doing that, continuing with Battelle in all five areas so we would have science, social studies and writing information also. In order to do that, we needed to change from the Iowa Achievement Test to the Terra Nova, because of the test pool and the large push from Battelle to only support that one test.

What better message to send the community we serve and to the students that we believe and value what we are doing.

We want students to value and manage their credit reputation in the same way they manage their grade point average.

The students think it's a great idea, ... By adding another amenity, it's also a better value for their money.
