We all belong to an ancient identity. Stories are the rivers that take us there.

To understand and reconnect with our stories, the stories of the ancestors, is to build our identities.

I've known rivers:
I've known rivers ancient as the world and older than the flow of human blood in human veins.

My soul has grown deep like the rivers.

So I found myself telling my own stories. It was strange: as I did it I realised how much we get shaped by our stories. It's like the stories of our lives make us the people we are. If someone had no stories, they wouldn't be human, wouldn't exist. And if my stories had been different I wouldn't be the person I am.

We don't have an identity as a team yet. We're a little lost.

These ancient stories in religion speak to our desire. But they move us toward hope.
