We all have bad days, but one thing is true; no cloud is so dark that the sun can't shine through.

I've always had a burning desire to help people and make a difference in the world. I didn't know how I could do that in modelling when it can be such a fake world. But my dad told me I could make a difference by being true to myself and teaching people what I've learnt about spirituality, health and nutrition.

Everyone has things that they don't love about themselves but I think that as a woman its much healthier and more positive to focus on your good parts and the things you like about yourself, not pick yourself apart.

I feel like knowledge is power: If you know how to take care of yourself, you can be a better version of yourself.

When I pray, I always thank Mother Nature for all the beauty in the world. It's about having an attitude of gratitude.

A celebrity life can be very fast-paced, and it can be hard to find meaning in it. I believe that everyone is looking for the answers, but the answers are within ourselves.
