We all have our different interests and needs, and we're trying to maintain a balance between the health of the creek and the people who depend upon it for water.

We're trying to strike a balance between protecting the material and serving fans' needs. We recognize there's significant demand for this video and being able to watch it online. We're charged with finding new ways to distribute content -- and we've been pretty aggressive in pursuing digital distribution.

It's just one of those things. We can control many aspects of life, but we cannot control nature.

It's a very difficult position to be in personally. It's uncomfortable to be opposing a non-profit organization that is doing restoration projects.

The species have gotten limited areas to live in because of changes in climate and changes of habitat over time. And all humans have encroached upon it further. It's important to maintain that diversity of species.

This is a much bigger issue than just one project. An (Environmental Impact Report) from one project isn't going to address our concerns. I would like to see the board expedite it.
