We always tell the girls to play like it's 0-0, and we kept scoring and scoring which is good to see because you don't want to let up. I'm real proud of the girls. That was one of the best games we've played in a long time.

We hit the ball well (Tuesday), which is good to see. We had a lot of girls take some good swings, and it was up and down the line-up.

We just told the girls at halftime that in order to win, we would have to play some defense. We were allowing them too many opportunities in the first half.

I think everyone knows we can't play like we did against Detroit and beat Denver. There's no way. It's got to be corrected this week.

There is nothing to be ashamed about. To get this far it was an incredible ride. These girls learned a lot about working together and caring about each other. Colfax is a great team, and they have a bunch of nice kids. That's what this whole experience is supposed to be about.

Our girls have their confidence back. Now we're hoping to go play good tennis in Maryland.
