We are all imperfect. We have biases we are blind to seeing. We are ignorant in our own arenas. We have to own our ignorance if we want our apologies to create change.

Respect has nothing to do with who is right and who is wrong. It has to do with allowing space for someone else's opinion.

You are not created to stifle and suppress your emotions... taming and training what you do not understand. You just have to be courageous enough to face the unknowns, meet the wild you might not understand, and let each teach you a thing or two about love.
