We are always pleased to see the university growing. We provide a quality education for a reasonable price.

I am very proud of our diving student-athletes here at Indiana University. We want to be competitive both in the diving well and in the classroom, and my goal is to challenge the divers to continue improving in both areas next year.

A university is not a political party, and an education is not an indoctrination.

The academic quality of the university exceeds its reputation around the world.

I wanted to infuse the feeling that the university is growing, in size and in quality. Nostalgia is nice, but not productive. I wanted to inspire forward-thinking anticipation of what the university will become years from now.

The meet was fairly small but very competitive. Several [University of] Arkansas athletes were here who were quality performers.
