We are apt to forget that children watch examples better than they listen to preaching.

We can stand affliction better than we can prosperity, for in prosperity we forget God.

When you give feedback, make sure to give some examples. You listen well: I know that because you ask questions, nod your head, maintain eye contact, and so on.
