We are combining two companies that have a similar philosophy about competitive markets. By doing it, we get a number of benefits that will help our shareholders and will help our customers.

We believe that will increase competition.

While we are successful and while we are large for New Jersey, we do not have the size that we think is going to be required to compete and be successful a long time in the future.

It will be good for consumers, therefore, and it will lower prices.

The last couple game we took too many bad outside shots. We went with a different philosophy and attacked the basket.

The lesson from this experience is how important it is to have someone with an objectively discernable judicial philosophy, and a sound one, Democrats may blow some smoke based on this, but I don't think there's any substance to it.
