We are conscious of the potential of the SMB market from the various studies and statistics. We want to deliver enterprise class value to SMBs. Fundamentally we do not believe that the requirements of a Rs 20 crore-organization are different from a Rs 200 crore-organization. The question is, how we can make the same technology available to a mid market customer so that some of his concerns and pain points are addressed better. SMBs, because of lesser employees, may not have the manpower to address some of the IT areas.
