We are getting more and more reports of this to police. These kids are either going to get shot or one of our guys are going to get shot.

I think as far as a one-way door policy goes, we're looking at it as a long-term strategy.

We are doing it for their own protection. They are subjected to not just violence, but also social diseases.

At night you can't tell the difference. You don't have time to think whether it is real or not.

Some of those kids did have difficulties, and there were one or two that police officers had to sit down. That, and they're wearing those flip-flops. Why would you think you could walk two or three miles on the street in flip-flops?

We worried about protecting the kids and (are letting) police handle the investigation.
