We are going to continue to take steps to stop North Korea's engagement in illicit activities.

Even though the crackdown on North Korea's illicit banking activities in Macau demonstrated that China is not completely immune to outside pressures to rein in bad behavior, Beijing is unlikely to shut down the North's remaining banking activities.

North Korea has not said that they are ready to come back without precondition.

We'll continue to push to get that provision passed.

We urge North Korea to come back to the talks as soon as possible without precondition so that we can move forward on the principles that we agreed to.

The president is greatly concerned about the humanitarian situation in North Korea.
