We are hoping that it will be an 18-month process or less to lift the moratorium. We are hoping to do it sooner, but I'd like to remain on the conservative side.

They will be helping us out, because they would have to build a lagoon and treat septic anyway.

The addition of these spray fields will be two-fold. Besides allowing for future and current needs, it allows us to more effectively rotate our other fields and replant them.

I think we should be able to resolve this more peaceably. It's in the federal courts now and hopefully will be resolved in the near future,
