It's a dismal report. Unnerving. Is this the beginning of a one-two-three punch?

The prognosis is really dismal. Anywhere along the coast we're looking at severe restrictions, and it's as bad as last year if not worse. This is going to be devastating.

This report bodes well for Chester County. The U.S. and local economies are on a tear again.

Despite improving international economies, the strong dollar is limiting the expected rebound in exports.

With still strong domestic demand and improving international demand, the factory sector is continuing to recover from the sluggishness that resulted from the Asian economic crisis,
