We are looking to be in a mode of constant improvement, and it isn't going to be one person; it's going to be a cultural change.

It's a lot of, frankly, unexciting basic blocking and tackling. From an information security perspective, we have to make sure we have an understanding of what information is where and how it's protected, and make sure agencies responsible for data believe in the controls that are in place.

I'll miss Wisconsin. I'll miss my musky fishing and vacationing in Door County, but hope we'll get up there for some of that.

I think it was. You could see improvement. We scored some runs and pitching was on the plus side. For the older guys, it probably didn't mean to much, but for the younger guys, it was good for us.

The number one business priority this year, as in 2006, is business-process improvement.
