Since December 2005, our customers have informed us of significant shifts in their budget and programs.

Today we are telling our employees that we must right-size our operations... And we are telling them that we now have to execute a revised business plan in order to ensure our future.

Overall, some performance results fell short of the targets we agreed to achieve in 2005.

This is a situation that could have impact on our employment levels as the year progresses.

We can't get enough males in the military
who have the capability or who want to be in these support units.
That's the basic problem. There are a lot of women who do want
to be in these positions of forward support companies.
