We are not going to be out randomly sampling and looking for problems.

We do know that there will be a little bit of a transition period. We will have some complaints and concerns voiced.

We have an apartment that has been severely bleached. For someone with respiratory problems that is impossible.

These problems won't go away in a month or a week.

The only problems come because we sometimes have duplicating activities. It's actually a good thing all the way around because it's servicing everyone who needs a program.

He was always smiling and much more concerned about other people's problems. He had a very engaging personality and a wonderful way of ministering to people and supporting people. He could relate to all walks of life, all religious backgrounds.
