We are now in stage two of the recovery, The second phase of the recovery very much hinges on the ability of industrial output to improve.

We cannot create ambiguities at this stage that could lead to confusion in the next phase.

Everything hinges on that number.

The first phase is to put in pipelines of varying sizes, both mains and distribution pipes. The second phase is to put in a holding tank, a storage reservoir with a capacity of 1.1 million litres (approximately 250,000 gallons). This phase also incorporates the installation of a pumping station.

The second year is when you expect a full recovery.

I just don't see any upside surprise in terms of a second half recovery.
