We are playing teams that are pretty good.

It wasn't pretty, but it was need win. It is difficult to play on such a small field with so much wind. We tried to get the ball into their half and into the box, then play a little soccer. We will work on finishing our chances before next Tuesday, especially the easy ones.

Officially I'm moving in with two of my friends from Fiske. We're pretty much going with an open lottery.

The Steinbeck Tournament (in Salinas April 15) was big for us. It seemed like we started to click. I think the girls knew what was at stake if we didn't fare well.

We've cut down on our errors. That's been the key.

Sure there is some pressure. No one wants to be the team that does not keep the run alive. But these kids are willing to accept that (pressure). Most embrace it.
