We're not getting much new information from the tests, and have been looking for a way to do more side crashes, so we have side-crash data for all the vehicles we have frontal results for.

As in any lawsuit, there are two sides, ... Different people have different views of what happened and we will respond appropriately in court.

Under our proposal, neither ongoing government regulation nor the self- interest of an entrenched monopolist will decide what is best for consumers. Instead, consumers will be able to choose for themselves the products they want in a free and competitive marketplace.

We will do what we can do to make sure the franchise remains viable. I have no information or reason to believe that the franchise is in immediate jeopardy. I will continue to speak to Mr. Wilson about issues affecting this franchise and this market.
