We are pleased with our growth in revenues and EBITDA, and the progress we made during the year on our key strategic initiatives.

By offering this new hybrid ATM, merchants will be able to better serve and cater to their customer base. The new service offerings will drive enhanced customer loyalty and create a proven recurring revenue stream.

Growth for the sake of growth in my opinion is not progress.

We are happy with the progress that has been made to date, and still see a lot of growth in the years ahead. We're excited that more and more dealers, wholesalers and consumers are recognizing the value that a vehicle history report brings, especially as more and more cars are being sold online. The potential is still very large to expand that development and to make our reports easier for all parties to understand a vehicle's past before the unit is bought.

We are very happy with our overall progress and there was growth across all the businesses.
