What happened down there -- 1,300 miles away -- if it were to happen here we would be not only ready for it, but we have every mechanism in place. In about a week's time, the New Jersey State Police under Rick Fuentes was able to put together a small, self-contained city that actually traveled 1,300 miles. There weren't too many situations that arose that we didn't have an answer for.

What a terrible thing to have lost one's mind. Or not to have a mind at all. How true that is.
