We are sending a letter right now that will arrive on Monday to request a meeting. We'll probably have meetings with them next week to explain the damage being done to the U.S. economy.

They will have two- or three-hour meetings before the public arrives. They will hash out everything and the only thing the public gets to see is the vote, without the benefit of why Council Member A voted the way he did, or Council Member B voted the way she did. So we?re trying to clarify the definition of what a meeting is.

Nothing's been determined yet. The priority right now is to get the schedule out, and then there will be meetings with the staff at Doral.

Some meetings' minutes are missing. There are a number of gaps.

I am hopeful. I think the stars are aligned on this. The Chinese have stuck their little toe in the water, and it didn't freeze off. I think the time is right for them to take the next step.

Governments should not be interfering with the markets.
