We are very excited to finally have our own newspaper so I can test all my theories on why newspapers are seeing declining circulation.

With so much media consolidation, less than a dozen companies now own most of the newspapers, magazines, books and TV stations. Local public access centers have become the only place where average people can go to get their message and stories across and petition their government for change.

But the academies, and the improved technical coaching they offer, must be doing their stuff because we are seeing the first real wave of boys to come out of them and they are turning into some really exciting talents, the wingers especially.

When I took over this group I thought they weren't as strong as the Under-21s I had back in the late 1990s which included people like Frank Lampard,

more stable than newspapers indicate.
