We came out this week focused. We came out with more energy. They were only a couple of big plays this week and that was because we played much better.

It's basically going to be a thrill center. It's going to be a high-intensity, high-energy, adrenaline-type of facility.

At this point in the season, I really think we could use more depth. We have a ton of energy, but we need the bench really coming together, focusing on the task at hand and what needs to be done. If one of the starters doesn't have that drive, energy or spark, it's going to be our job to give it to them.

We had a lot of great energy to start the doubles and singles, and we created a lot of opportunities for ourselves. I was happy with our solid play and it was a good match for us to learn from. We will be back out on the courts tomorrow against Cal, giving it our best shot.

In terms of energy policy, the U.S. seems to be sending mixed messages.

We didn't have the energy to stay in it.
