We can depend on nobody in this world, and sometimes we even betray ourselves

A baby sitter is someone you are supposed to trust. In my opinion this is the worst kind of betrayal one person can inflict on another.

Everyone suffers at least one bad betrayal in their lifetime. It’s what unites us. The trick is not to let it destroy your trust in others when that happens. Don’t let them take that from you.
