We choose how we feel, sometimes feelings choose us.

Sometimes I grow
so tired of speaking
my emotions to you.
I open my mouth
and dust spills out
instead of feelings.

Feelings do not grow old along with the body. Feelings form part of a world I don’t know, but it’s a world where there’s no time, so space, no frontiers.

Just because something is unspoken doesn't mean that it disappears.
