We didn't get back on 'D' like we should have. Some of it was mental, guys missing shots and they don't run back.

Now teams aren't quite able to lock in on Dee. With other guys making shots, they at least have to think about those other guys.

We need him to shoot, but we need him to shoot shots he practices within the flow of the offense. I think he understands that.

It's taken a toll on him. Both those guys, that's inside and they have to fight through that. There's a big weight on their backs. But to sit there and worry about it and let games pass by and then kick yourself in the butt ... You've got to cut loose and play, but that's easier said than done.

It's going to be important that they want more and they're hungry. The seniors are not real vocal guys. How they develop as leaders, how demanding they are, how hard they compete in the workouts and the practices will be key.

I've told these guys, we're a good team. We don't have great players like we did last year.
