We didn't need it anymore.

The judge's order for the temporary restraining order was that we don't terminate anyone's federally subsidized hotel room prior to Feb. 7. We're not doing that, we are extending out to possibly Feb. 13 and even to Feb. 20 if we are still working with them.

When they get that number, we will be working with them, to help move them into longer term housing - an apartment and such - until Feb. 7 and possible longer. They can possibly stay until Feb. 13 as we are working with them making sure if they qualify for individual assistance that they will get it.

As we see the individual needs of every one of the students, we'll see if we need to allot them more money.

We are happy for him because it certainly is a promotion for him, and he has family there.

Right now they are all in shock.
