We didn't train him too much -- he's a natural. Every time he'd win a race, he'd just howl and bark. It's like he knew he'd done something really good.

Stacy Allen ran a very nice steeple race. She was a little rough on her first lap or two and then settled down and looked great. Her technique on the water barrier really made the difference in the race - and we haven't had a chance to work with our water barrier yet.

Anne had a great start in the 500 free and she swam hard throughout the race.

Yeah, it changes the dynamics of the race because he is such a big-time marathoner. And I definitely think it opens up a spot because someone of his caliber, even if he were coming in at 75 percent, would be a 2:10-type runner.
