We didn't want it to distract from the play.

A lot of the beauty and the artistry of fire engines is being replaced by modern engines.

The last thing on my mind [during that play] was how my knee was doing. There have been a couple of times where I've run out of the cage and thought 'should I go or not?' But instinct takes over.

We're quicker and we can play more pressure defense than last year. And we're ready. We were a little rusty tonight because we hadn't played in a week, but we're ready.

He's getting better and better. He just has to learn to play lower, which he's working on. His hands are excellent. I'm pleased with him.
