We do all the setting up and cleaning up and my wife does all the cooking.

This is somewhere where people can come and spend New Year's Eve with the children and not have to worry.

The party pretty much spreads throughout the entire house, except in the bedrooms. But there are people in the living room, outside, in the kitchen, in the kids' play room, all over.

First year we did it, there were about 25 people and new people have been added every year.

We serve meatballs, baked ziti, sausage and peppers, macaroni and broccoli, breads, hot dogs and chicken tenders for the kids.

I like to cook and I enjoy hosting the parties. There is that saying of who you are with on New Year's Eve is who you are going to be with for the rest of the year, or something like that. These are the people we would want to be with.
