We do do that. If we get specific complaints, we'll put an officer out there to educate pedestrians as well as put an eye on the motorists, to keep everybody honest. We do get complaints on both sides of the coin.

No one deserves to lay on the sidewalk and die on his 20th birthday. We believe there are more people out there who saw what happened or have information, and we're urging them to step up and tell us what they know.
