We do have a pretty big advantage with Sharon having been a Miss Indiana Basketball and having been a high school coach in the state. Everyone knows her and respects her abilities.

Sharon is great at handling people as well. With Sharon, one thing I really love about her is she is a straight shooter. She tells it like it is. You really appreciate that, really like that. She brings a lot of energy, excitement and intensity.

Joanne is so good at establishing relationships and cultivating those. That is so important in recruiting. She has a lot of energy and excitement, and it can't help but draw you in.

District basketball is about playing under pressure. The pressure got to us.

That's the game of basketball. We could have quit when we're down seven but they kept trying to make plays. You keep trying and maybe the ball will roll your way sometime.

We think we're a pretty good basketball team. If we had everybody, we'd probably think we're a great basketball team, but right now we're a good basketball team turning into a great basketball team.
