We do have a young team but it really doesn't matter. We always find a way to win as a team. The younger girls have paid a lot of attention to how the older girls work. If we can get the job done, that's all that matters.

I love it. They always find a way to get on base and when they do it motivates me to drive them in and put our team on the board.
