Our position on this question is clear; NATO must immediately halt the bombing of Yugoslavia as a necessary precondition for solving the Kosovo crisis. The bombing should stop before the Security Council discusses this issue.

I'm especially outraged they didn't even wait until the deadline, ... I'm just so disappointed. I understand that in the whole scheme of things, it's just a sidewalk, but it's still something that's important to residents.

It's just a little strain. I felt it tense up. I wanted to stay in, but I'm glad I didn't keep going.
