We don't keep score, we don't call fouls. That age, it's just teaching them the game. If they do something wrong, we correct it.

I enjoy it very much and it helps keep me active. I like to be busy, and teaching is a two-way street. I have the opportunity to help others and in turn I learn from the young minds who are in our classes. We have to get more young people involved in helping to perpetuate the arts in this area.

We have so many different areas to choose from. Whether it's teaching the 5- to 9-year-olds how to make their first pizza or a men's only evening and teaching them how to make a meal for their spouse or a couples wine tasting and dancing competition. The age range is 5 to 95, and if it's feasible, we will do it.

I'm the same age as some of my professors, ... But coming in to teaching later in life gives me an entire whelm of experience to teach the students.
