We feel it's not appropriate for the Navy to cover those expenses, that they [Northrop Grumman] need to deal directly with the insurance company.

All of that is the Navy's responsibility to cover. But there are other things that the company had insurance to cover, things like capital expenses and business interruption.

We believe this is a very viable plan.

Much has changed in the world and much has changed in technology. But some things do not change. Today we still celebrate the transition from a vision to a physical shape.

We do have a struggle when historic preservation is involved.

Fire investigators will go in after it's determined safe to go in. And it may be that they never go in to investigate. We've had situations like this before where the building is so unsafe that we're not going to put a fire investigator in there to get hurt.
