We feel very comfortable about the value we continue to provide.

We continue to layer functionality on top of what's already there.

Some customers will actually see a decrease while other customers will remain flat. Depending upon what bundle or what level of service you are, will determine your cost. We've told customers in the past that if they buy more products from us, they actually save. Their discounts are deeper. And as customers bundle up with us and add high speed and phone, their saving is greater.

You'll see very shortly a plan to generate a currency that can generate that value for Ford shareholders.

We don't feel as though we've received a proposal from them that really represents the value that I bring to this team and my market value, ... I think that in the last 2 1/2, 3 years that I've been here, I've brought a lot to this team.
