We felt like we had to come out strong. This is a tough place to play.

If you're going to play hockey now, you have to be able to play. If you have the ability to fight and play, you're an unbelievable commodity. But if you can only fight, there might be six of those guys left in the league, and I can guarantee they're going fast.

I thought the rest of their kids stepped up and played with a lot of focus.

(Post Chad Beecroft) and (Brenner) were phenomenal. They just did the extra things, got the loose balls, came away with the tips. They deserve a lot of credit.

We see it all the time. I'm just disappointed with some of our attitudes, complaining about not getting enough touches. All that I'm against, that I'm disappointed with.

They have great guards who hustle and scrap.
