In the last nine months we have been filling out our capacity here. We've added individuals and professionals. We will be opening up equity research on the ground. We think there is demand for the product both inside and outside the region.

What we did is we got friends of ours, usually college students ... to drive me and some of my associates down to Orlando and Jacksonville or wherever we needed to go, and we got a lot of work done on the way, ... We used laptops and stuff.
