The world was a sick animal, a sort of huge cancerous tumour, a thing of bubbling liquids, whitish patches, dribbling pus, fantastic pimples of dead skin that grew in all directions, swelled up, became more and more like fuzzy hair. The right thing would be to go away, to vanish for ever from the face of the sun.

If envy were a fever, all the world would be ill

Fever is a symptom of your body when it is undergoing the process of fighting against illness or disorder. It is necessary to know if we get sick or ill. Most of the time, we ignore fever and let our body fight against any enemies causing bodily disorder, which includes a rise in temperature. We perspire to neutralise and balance our body temperature. Hence, fever means that our body is fighting…self-curing…a wonderful self-healing process of the well-engineered human system design by the Creator.
