We gave up some big plays by not playing responsibility football. When we played assignment football good things happened. When we didn't, we had let downs.

We didn't do a good job of playing our assignments. We didn't play our assignments on offense, defense or on special teams. When you don't play your assignments things like blocked punts happen.

We are going to work on playing our responsibilities this week. If we don't play our assignments we aren't going to be successful. If that means letting some other people play, then that's what we will do.

Floro is the ideal man to take on this responsibility. He is a student of football, methodical in his approach, familiar with Real Madrid and we have no doubt that this is the right decision for the club.
