We get complaints from people that certain properties are not being kept up. We look into it, and once we find the owners we send them a notice asking to pick up their garbage, debris and brush and their alley ways and ask them to place any garbage in its designated area.

People with junk cars also need to have them removed. A notice will be sent to them and they will have up to 30 days to correct the problem.

A positive response has occurred and we hope to continue to work together with the community to have a nicer place to live.

If the city goes in to do the cleaning, the charge for the cleaning will be added to their property taxes.

What we need is three people who would be involved in looking into complaints.

There were a lot of complaints of people who were afraid to speak up that the coordinator, or the one that was organizing the campaign for BB, that it was being done during the company time. And I would like to see a detailed explanation of the time and the amount and who paid the salary of the coordinator back in those times.
