We got three really good teams coming at us. They'll be pretty tough competition.

We do feel that the competition is closing in on us but we had a pretty dominant run in the spring and I think there's room for improvement. We're going to start with the same set-up we used in June and then try some new things to see what works best. We need to get the momentum back that we had in the first half of the year and this could be the race to do it.

There's a lot of competition between us. Being siblings and being on the same team, we get pretty competitive, especially since we swim the same stroke [butterfly]. But we do push each other to do better and work hard at practice.

It scares me. He's a smart kid. He's dedicated. I think he will be competition for both of us. I think anyone who's smart in the state of New Jersey will hire him to coach.

We got the Southeastern championship [at the end of the season]. [Our goal] is to win those each year.

[Our goal] is to talk on defense. [We need] to clear the ball so our offense can just take over.
