We had a couple of kids playing on varsity that hadn't played there before. We're trying to move things around and see if we can get things going. We had a tough time out there.

It was tough, we just didn't play as well as I think we can. The kids were pretty upset about it, but there's not much you can do about it when the weather is like that. It's a tough course without wind.

We've tried to be realistic. We're not trying to blow smoke at any of the kids. We've been very honest and I hope they understand. They need to know this is where we want to go. It's not an easy road, but we will be rewarded at the end.

I'm still very optimistic about how we're playing. We played really darn well last week and you're going to have some off weeks. I'm hoping this was just a little bump in the road.

I'm not around real dead people all that often - most people aren't - but when you are, you tend to be very, very respectful and quiet, and people do tend to whisper 'cause you're trying to show massive amounts of respect, but if this is your daily life, you have to figure out a way to go about it and not go insane by the time you reach Friday.
