We had a great team meet. We did a great job all together and we had a bunch of young kids perform. It was great as far as a learning experience and I think we did exactly what we came here to do.

We've worked on this a long time, so we're excited about that. It culminated right here, right now at the district meet.

Our team is so green that there are not a lot of expectations and the kids are a little nervous, but they're ready to go. It's a real young team, but they're capable and they have the ability to surprise the heck out of me, so that's exciting.

I travel with a lot of clothes, which is a really bad idea because it's such a nightmare to travel. I always overpack because I like to bring things with me, and I accumulate stuff, so it piles up. I travel with everything I own.

I played the young Reese Witherspoon in 'Sweet Home Alabama' when I was 7, and the boy who played the young Josh Lucas was 10.

At the Empire State Building, I cried in line for 45 minutes because I didn't want to go up. I pulled my visor down, but I loved it once I was up there. I've never been up that high before, so I didn't really know what to expect. And then when I got up there, the view was spectacular. It was really fun.
